The UCF DNA
The UCF DNA
Challenging people to trust and imitate Jesus Christ in missional communities for the good of the world.
The DNA of any organism is the material that contains the basic instructions for the development and functioning of that living organism. This is the basic unchanging substance whose function in a cell is the long-term storage of information. It is often compared to a set of blueprints because it contains the instructions to construct other components of the cell. UCF is a living, evolving, dynamic organism but at the core of this changing organism is unchanging DNA that serves as a set of blueprints which direct the evolution and development of the UCF organism. The UCF DNA defines and refines all of our activity from day-to-day operations to long-range planning; and because it is our DNA, it is mentioned continually in all our environments.
