Your First Visit
Welcome to University City Fellowship!
After taking a look around our site, we hope you will come and experience a Neighborhood Gathering to see for yourself what we are all about. Even though we try NOT to be predictable, a typical Sunday contains music from a high energy band, practical teaching, creative videos and interactive elements all designed to help you in your journey. We encourage you to come and see for yourself and give us some feedback.
1. Get directions - we meet at Jay M Robinson High School on Pitts School Road just off Hwy 29. Click here for directions . As you pull up to the school the signs will make it obvious to you where to enter.
2. Don’t worry about breakfast. The UC Café with free coffee and bagels opens at 8:30. It is also a great time to meet a few new friends who can show you around and introduce you to others at UCF.
3. If you have children you can check them into either The Construction Zone (birth - Pre-K) or Streetwise (Kindergarten - 5th grade). The check-in areas are well marked and have volunteers ready to answer any questions you might have. Check-in begins at 10:15am.
4. If you have a middle-school-aged child they can go to the main Journey middle school gathering. They meet in the front of the gymnasium at 10:30am.
5. The main Neighborhood Gathering runs from 10:30 - 11:45am in the auditorium. The Neighborhood Gathering is our primary Sunday AM event.
6. For families we have an additional program called KidStuf. It starts at 11:45 in the cafeteria and gives an opportunity for parents and their kids to learn and grow together. KidStuf is designed for 6th grade and under and their parents and runs from Sept through April.
